General Terms and Conditions

These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.

Check-In: From 1:00 PM

Check-Out: Until 12:00 PM. Check- Out after 12:00PM will be subject to £25.00 per hour surcharge.

Cancellation
If cancelled before 2:00 PM the day prior to arrival no fee will be charged for individual bookings. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Child Policy / Extra Beds
Baby cots are available. One child up to the age of 4 staying free when sharing existing bed of parents. There is no capacity for an extra bed in the room.

Meal Plan
Continental breakfast is not included and costs £7.50 per person.
Full English breakfast is not included and costs £12.00 per person.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Accepted credit cards
American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Diners Club, Switch. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Deposits are non refundable.

The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to the property of the Client or any person as may occur within the constraints of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.

The Client is responsible for the behaviour of his or her guests at the hotel and in particular for the orderly conduct of guests attending any function or staying in the hotel or otherwise making use of the Facilities. The Client must ensure that no noise or nuisance is caused either for the hotel or its other guests and Clients. The Client must comply with any reasonable request of the hotel and with any policies of the hotel as may apply to the Facilities from time to time.

In the public areas of the Hotel and some staff areas CCTV is in operation and video recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for security and service reasons for the better management of the Hotel and security for all its Clients and staff.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellation of booking will result
    in 50% cancellation charge
